MEe
Inner Child
The most important love story you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.
MEe is a nine-month journey back to the child you were, one quiet conversation a day, and a small shop of objects made just for you.
The app is on its way. You can meet it early.
“I’m here. But I don’t have a name yet. What will you call me?”
“Was today hard? You can tell me. I’m listening.”
“Even a small light helps.”
“You deserve to be called with tenderness. Always.”
“Joy doesn’t have to be earned.”
This is the voice you’ll live with for nine months.
What this is
A place to find, and hear, yourself
What this is
- A nine-month companion app one gentle conversation a day, about five minutes
- Writing on psychology plain words for complicated feelings
- Podcasts & interviews voices worth sitting with
- Objects made to be kept the app’s ideas, off the screen
- A community people walking the same road
What this isn’t
MEe is not a simple app. Not a partner. Not a friend. Not a therapist. MEe is an ecosystem where a person can find — and hear — themselves. We don’t rescue people. We help them remember who they already are. If you’re working with a professional, MEe sits alongside that, never in place of it.
A day with MEe · how it works
Every day of the programme is carefully composed and has a dedicated purpose: to help you understand you. Here is Day 3, exactly as it happens.
The room slowly grows darker. The child curls inward.
“I’m afraid of the dark. Do you have fears too? Are you willing to explore them with me?”
You write down your fears. As many, or as few, as you want.
The child switches on a tiny flashlight. A warm circle of light appears in the dark. “See? Even a small light helps.”
“How did it feel, seeing the light? Did the fear get a little smaller?”
You answer. There is no wrong answer.
“Fear isn’t the enemy. You’re brave, because you were willing to look it in the eye.”
Trigger → invitation → your turn → response → question → reflection → encouragement. Seven beats, every day, for nine months. About five minutes, usually before sleep.
The nine months
You arrive a stranger.
You leave a trusted companion.
On Day 1 you name a child you have never met. On Day 29 you write them a love letter. Nothing in between is an accident.
- The empty heart you receive on Day 1 returns on Day 29, filled in your own words.
- The ring of sparks you breathe into being on Day 17 is waiting for you in Month 4.
- The letter you write to little you on Day 19 is answered in Month 6.

A storybook illustration for every day, in the lineage of Tove Jansson and Studio Ghibli.
From Day 20
What colour is your day?
“All colours are valid. Even the dark ones. Even the grey ones. They’re all you.”
Why this exists
We don’t fight other brands.
We fight the belief that people are not enough.
Our competitor isn’t a company. It’s the quiet voice that tells people they aren’t good enough. Every day of the app, every page of writing, every object in the shop has one job: to make that voice a little quieter.
We’re not building a product. We’re building a movement.
Our five filters
How we decide what to make
Before anything goes out, whether a page, an object or a day of the app, it has to pass five questions. If it fails one, we don’t make it.
-
Does this help someone build a better relationship with themselves?
If it doesn’t, it isn’t MEe.
-
Is it simple?
Simplicity always wins.
-
Does it create emotion? Does someone pause and feel “that’s me”?
If not, it isn’t good enough yet.
-
Does it feel like MEe, or could any other brand have made it?
If another brand could have made it, we haven’t found our voice yet.
-
Does it build trust over the long term?
We build relationships with people, not content for an algorithm.
We’re opening without a single review or testimonial. Rather than tell you what other people felt, we’d rather show you the standard we hold ourselves to, and let you hold us to it. The full version lives on its own page: how we decide.

Objects that let a thought stay
Ideas fade; objects remain. A realisation from Day 12 is gone by Friday. The same words, kept beside your bed, come back every morning. Everything we make is an object from the child’s room, carrying one idea worth keeping.

“I’m here. But I don’t have a name yet. What will you call me?”
You’re naming your inner child, the little one this whole journey is about. Any name that feels kind. It can even be your own.
Your name stays between us. No trackers live on this page.
